There are three different ways that we can work with you, from a staffing model to complete outsourcing to a hybrid approach. We offer flexibility to ensure a good fit for our clients for every engagement.
Managed Resources (Staffing)
- BlueAmbar recruits, hires, deploys and manages network engineers and software developers at our India-based office
- You dictate work allocation and priorities
- We ensure the quality of the work and that documentation is being done
- We provide you with secured access to your tools and applications
- You get experienced and accomplished IT professionals without having to find and manage them on your own
Hybrid: Shared Outsourcing
- Together, you and BlueAmbar own the project and resource management
- The work is split between you and BlueAmbar
- BlueAmbar will utilize your tools, approach and standards, while providing you with innovation and best practices
Fully Outsourced Services
- BlueAmbar takes on full ownership of the project including approach, solution, delivery, reporting and turnover
- Generally fixed price based on scope and timelines that are established
- Full project management, documentation, risk management, quality assurance and end-to-end delivery are part of the engagement
- Allows you to focus on other priorities while we provide a full-service approach
