Our Story

BlueAmbar was founded in 2014 by Siva Dakshinamurthy and Sarit Singhal, two successful technology entrepreneurs. Not satisfied by the performance and one-size-fits-all approach of the existing internationally based remote network operations companies, they saw a critical need in the market to provide a better option for small to mid-sized IT Solution Providers.

At the same time, negative employment in the IT industry – and client demand from U.S.-based manufacturing and healthcare companies for software solutions – created a need to access additional development expertise. Plus, more working hours were needed in order to deliver the solutions faster so clients could meet their objectives.

With the goal of a good work/life balance for teams in both the U.S. and in India in addition to creating an effective solution to these challenges, Siva and Sarit launched BlueAmbar. Today, BlueAmbar is a committed team of 20 network engineers and software developers with a growing client base.

Sarit Singhal

Co-Founder

Sarit is also the founder and co-owner of U.S.-based Superior Support Resources, Inc. (SSR), an award-winning IT Services Provider serving clients in Wisconsin. A trusted technology partner for more than 20 years, SSR designs, implements and proactively manages information technology strategies for small to mid-sized organizations. As CEO of SSR, Sarit focuses on strategy, innovation, collaborative leadership and execution of objectives for SSR and its clients. An innovative technology leader, he speaks at conferences and serves as an expert source for media outlets in southeastern Wisconsin.

Sarit is currently a Board Member of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce’s (MMAC) Council of Small Business Executives (COSBE) and the Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment for the State of Wisconsin. He serves on the Board of the newly formed Transformational Productivity Initiative, which aims to boost manufacturing productivity in Wisconsin in partnership with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership, and Milwaukee 7. Passionate about education, entrepreneurship and workforce development, Sarit supports programs helping students pave future successful careers.

Sarit earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He participated in the “Growing a High-Performance Business Leadership Program” at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. In 2012, he was personally recognized with the Milwaukee Business Journal “40 under 40 Award” as well as a “Bravo! Entrepreneur Award” from BizTimes Media. SSR is a nine-time Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Company, a four-time Milwaukee Business Journal Fastest Growing Firm and a three-time Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.

Siva Dakshinamurthy

Siva has more than 20 years of experience delivering IT consulting services, including solutions in business intelligence, enterprise, data management, data integration, enterprise performance management, ERP implementation, systems selection, and systems integration.

Siva leads software development teams to deliver software applications that automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, enable data driven decision-making, and improve productivity. This includes custom business applications, business intelligence and data visualization services, data and system integration solutions, and content management and collaboration solutions.

Siva is the Co-founder of SignaTech services Private Limited in addition to BlueAmbar Technologies LLC. He has worked for companies such as Wipro Technologies, Weyerhaeuser, GE Health Care, General Motors, APS Health Care, Universal American, KEPRO, and WEA Trust.

Siva graduated from Bharathidasan University with a Master of Computer Applications, with a Major in Computer Application and Minors in Management Information Systems and Operations Research. He is a volunteer for International Association for Human Values (IAHV) and a Local Coordinator for Art of Living Foundation, Milwaukee.
